Children are introduced to simple breathing, vocal, rhythm and warm up techniques that are educational as well as being lots of fun. Songs are taught aurally with a focus on repetition and movement to assist with the learning process and enable each child to experience a sense of achievement in learning songs successfully. Songs include a balance of tunes from around the world to traditional folk songs and others I have written specifically for this age group.

Simple percussion is also included in some sessions which helps with rhythm, recall and motor skills. Most kindergartens book a regular weekly session for the duration of the term but I am happy to discuss a shorter program if this is preferable.
